Forever Young launched as a large-format, all-in-one indoor entertainment destination—arcades, immersive rooms, dining, and events under one roof. With doors just opened, the main challenge was clarity: presenting a complex, multi-zone experience as a simple, bookable story across all channels visitors explore before arriving.
We led the online soft launch, defining the brand promise and visitor journey, and aligning high-impact touchpoints: Google presence, directories, FAQs, booking guidance, and on-site moments; into one consistent story. At the same time, we set up an ongoing content and engagement rhythm: weekly pillars, repeatable formats for zones and events, and a social system designed to turn curiosity into intention, and intention into visits, while maintaining a coherent brand voice from day one.
